Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your piece arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage. In this case we will cover the return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Please note: slight variations in glaze colour, texture, and finish are inherent to our production process and are not considered defects. Each piece is hand-glazed and hand-finished — no two are identical.
