Circular Vase

20 × 22 × 8 cm The Circular is a wide, low vase — more horizontal than vertical, more landscape than vessel. The form is compressed and rounded at the edges, sitting flat and heavy on any surface. This version is glazed in cobalt blue with passages of deep navy and black that gather at the base where the glaze ran heaviest during firing. The surface carries the full record of the print lines running in parallel bands across the form. Works well holding a wide bunch of stems or lying flat as a purely decorative object. Produced in porcelain and hand-glazed at our studio in Madrid. One of a kind.
